Carrie McColl OBrien has been the Broker/Owner and Team Leader for Flagship Properties' residential sales for over 22 years. She has overseen the company's sales which in the last 10 years totaled over $370 million. Flagship's team specializes in waterfront properties around the San Diego region but particularly in Coronado. We assist both buyers and sellers with purchasing or selling their properties. Carrie also has experience in remodeling and development activities. Flagship is affiliated with Flagg Coastal Homes, a construction company headed by Carrie's husband, John OBrien, which specializes in building luxury coastal properties. The company has built/remodeled over 76 homes including 12 historic properties.
Carrie has held the Five Star Real Estate Agent award for 13 years and has received the Premier Boutique Broker of the Year Award of Excellence from the San Diego Association of Realtors. She has been active in the Coronado and surrounding San Diego communities serving on numerous Boards including the Coronado Realtor Association, Coronado Historical Association, UCSD Cancer Center, St Paul's Senior Centers and Patrons of the Prado. She is a Stanford University undergraduate, and possesses two advanced degrees including an MBA from UCLA and a Masters in Psychology from Fuller Seminary. She lives in Coronado with her husband John where they raised their 2 children.
